The first in a series of programs that lets the user explore fractal patterns. This one lets the user control the
geometry of the seed of a branching fractal. The seed consists of a trunk and several branches. The program generates
sub branches off of those branches by mimicking the length ratios and angles of the seed.

BeamEffector is designed as a dancefloor lightshow. The user controls the velocity and position of a key object,
the program calculates the position of many other objects, creating complex and diverse patterns.
